I am a Chartered Accountant and started my journey as a Finance Manager in Syndicate Bank.I worked in Syndicate Bank for a period of more than 10 years occupying the prominent positions in various spheres of the industry. I was posted as Credit Manager wherein I handled large value credit proposals and carried out assessment covering Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment, Viability Study, Evaluating business models, Project Finance, Working Capital Management, etc.

During my tenure in banking industry, I was entrusted with the task of conducting various training sessions covering Credit processing, assessment of credit facilities etc, thereby imparting and sharing knowledge with many Credit Officers who were new to the industry. I conducted workshops for Newly recruited or newly posted officers in the Credit Department, which gave me further confidence in my relevant field.

After gaining experience in the banking industry, I started my practice as Chartered Accountant and carried out the same for more than 4 years. I saw the problems faced by the bankers while dealing with the Financial statements analysis.

After getting another filed experience in the practice, I have now started my own institute where I impart training and education to the newly recruited bank officers in the credit department.

I saw a huge gap between the knowledge and real learners in the banking industry and hence I decided to setup a platform which is easily available to every banker and aspirant who want to learn and grow in the field of banking especially credit/advances.
